Sayed Woror brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project controls, supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects.
Sayed Woror is a Senior Civil Engineer, a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP), with extensive experience working under U.S. federal, state, and international construction contracts. His project experience spans both vertical and horizontal construction, including highways, bridges, rail and transit systems, residential and commercial facilities, and military and secure installations.
Throughout his career, Sayed Woror has supported projects for a diverse range of clients, including U.S. federal and state agencies, the U.S. military, USAID, and the United Nations, delivering services both domestically and internationally. He has been actively engaged across the entire project lifecycle, from early planning and procurement through execution, monitoring, and final closeout.
His core areas of expertise include construction planning and administration, CPM scheduling, project controls, risk management, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA). Sayed Woror has led corporate and project teams across all project management disciplines, providing both strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership to maintain schedule integrity, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve successful project outcomes.
Sayed Woror holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and maintains professional certifications as a PSP and PMP, reflecting his commitment to industry best practices, technical excellence, and continuous professional development.
